Biltmore Culinary Academy

Campus: Coral Gables, Florida Recreational Cooking Program
The Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Ave., Coral Gables, is launching the Biltmore Culinary Academy, offering a wide range of daytime and evening classes beginning Monday. Housed in a new ''kitchen laboratory'' in the hotel's conference center, the school is under the direction of Lourdes Castro, founder of the former Ars Magirica Cooking School. Biltmore chefs will join Castro in teaching classes such as Fresh Pastas and Raviolis, Regional French Dinner, Working with Chocolate, Northern Italian Dinner and Knife Skills.
